China Donates Medicines and Medical Equipment to Phnom Penh

Phnom Penh: The Chinese government through its Embassy in Phnom Penh has donated traditional Chinese medicine and medical equipment to the Phnom Penh Capital Administration. A total of 95,000 boxes of traditional medicine and 13 oxygen generators were handed over by Chinese Ambassador Wang Vin Thean to Phnom Penh Governor Khuong Sreng this afternoon.

Governor Sreng expressed his “deep gratitude to the Chinese people and Chinese leaders who have continuously provided help to the Cambodian people”. He says the donation of medicine and other necessary equipment to the Phnom Penh Capital Administration is timely and also shows the “inseparable friendship” between the two countries.

The items delivered by the Chinese Embassy to Phnom Penh are a combination of donations from eight Chinese provinces, namely Guangzhuo, Beijing, Fujian, Kunming, Shanghai, Hefei, Wuhan and Nanning.
